Plantation Drive at Pakistan Study Centre

Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar started promotion of plantation campaign. In this connection, a ceremony was held on 16th November 2021 during which Director Prof Dr Fakhr-ul-Islam planted Araucaria plant at the lawn of Area Study Centre. Director Area Study Centre University of Peshawar Prof Dr Shabbir Ahmad Khan was also present on the occasion. Faculty, students and staff of the Centre also attended the ceremony. 


Speaking on the occasion Prof Dr Fakhr-ul-Islam said that besides being a religious and national obligation, plantation helps in improving environment. He said that Pakistan Study Centre will promote plantation among youth of the university and surrounding areas.
